What you will do
- Lead and manage cross-functional service teams to ensure high-quality client support and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain systematic client touch point strategies and monitor satisfaction indicators.
- Define and reinforce escalation processes to resolve client issues and identify systemic trends.
- Identify at-risk clients and establish strategic plans to address their needs and improve retention.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster self-development, accountability, and professional growth.
- Ensure team adherence to product platform updates and relevant compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years in operations and client management.
- Experience in high-growth payroll operations, core insurance business functions, technical support, and tax compliance.
- Proven track record as a manager overseeing multiple functions.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
