Security Engineer (Public Cloud)

Location: Remote only within Slovakia (Office in Kosice)

What you will do

• Perform preventive penetration tests and actively combat cyberattacks.
• Drive the automation of security testing processes.
• Analyze and mitigate data and cyber risks for public cloud services.
• Act as a trusted advisor on information and IT security.
• Collaborate within a team of specialists in an agile DevSecOps environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional IT experience, ideally in cloud security or penetration testing.
• Relevant security certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, OSEE, CCSP, or CISSP.
• Strong proficiency in Linux and network-related services.
• Knowledge of scanning, assessment, and automation tools.
• Must be based in Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience in averted attacks.
• Knowledge of agile development processes.
