What you will do

• Lead and improve the end-to-end AI Phase Gate framework from intake to approval.
• Manage the governance process for onboarding third-party AI tools and vendors.
• Conduct multi-domain risk assessments including legal, privacy, and cybersecurity dimensions.
• Ensure AI systems are classified correctly and documented in the AI inventory.
• Coordinate cross-functional input from Legal, Privacy, and Security teams.
• Define and enforce mitigation actions and conditions for AI vendor usage.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in risk, compliance, or governance roles.
• Experience operating structured governance frameworks or phase gate processes.
• Hands-on experience with vendor risk assessments across multiple domains.
• Working knowledge of the EU AI Act and GDPR.
• Ability to maintain audit-ready documentation and risk registers.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex risk findings for diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Prior involvement in building or scaling an AI inventory or catalogue.
• Exposure to responsible AI principles or AI ethics frameworks.
• Background in procurement or technology contracting.
