What you will do

• Drive tokenization features from concept through deployment, scaling digital asset architecture.
• Own the technical execution for the digital asset lifecycle, including issuance, controlled transfer, and on-chain verification.
• Lead the design, implementation, and testing of smart contracts and coordinate the end-to-end audit process.
• Build and maintain the off-chain integration layer to ensure secure communication between blockchain and internal systems.
• Collaborate with product and operational compliance teams to translate security requirements into engineering solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex production systems.
• Expert fluency in Solidity and EVM, with command of OpenZeppelin and industry-standard security frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for backend development, API integration, and off-chain indexing.
• Hands-on experience with Web3 tooling such as Foundry, Hardhat, Viem, or Ethers.
• Expert knowledge of smart contract token standards and ability to mitigate vulnerability patterns like re-entrancy and oracle manipulation.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Engineering experience within the finance or high-security sectors.
• Familiarity with SVM/Solana or Daml/Canton smart contract development.
• Knowledge of C++ for interfacing with broader platform systems.
• Experience with MPC, HSM, and applied cryptography specific to digital assets.
• Familiarity with Account Abstraction (ERC-4337) or multi-signature frameworks.
