Location: Singapore (Full relocation support provided)

What you will do

  • Lead and directly manage a team of 5 QA professionals, overseeing their day-to-day work and performance management.
  • Shape and drive the comprehensive QA strategy for League of Legends to influence overall development quality.
  • Partner with software engineers, artists, and producers to optimize delivery and player experience outcomes.
  • Coordinate QA support across remote teams to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
  • Establish and track quality metrics that inform development decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in game development with a track record of shipping games.
  • 2+ years of experience in direct people management and HR responsibilities within QA teams.
  • Experience leading embedded QA professionals as part of cross-functional development teams.
  • Proven expertise in creating and driving test strategies for live service games and features.
  • Experience managing and aligning with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Singapore.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with League of Legends, its champions, and the community.
  • I/ASTQB Advanced Test Manager Certification.
