TL;DR

Quality Automation Engineer (Cloud): Building and maintaining automated test frameworks for cloud-based managed services with an accent on end-to-end test strategies and CI/CD integration. What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end test strategy (functional and non-functional) and define quality gates and release criteria.
  • Build and maintain automated test frameworks, test cases, and plans aligned with requirements.
  • Integrate tests into GitLab CI/CD with parallelization, flaky-test detection, and actionable reporting.
  • Drive shift-left quality by pairing with developers, product managers, and UX on testability and code reviews.
  • Establish test data hygiene through seeding, masking, and mocking.
  • Define and track quality metrics (MTTR, failure rate, e2e stability) to guide continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional software quality testing experience with hands-on automation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with open-source automated testing frameworks like Playwright, Cucumber, Jest, or Mocha.
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.
  • Experience testing complex web-based enterprise applications, including UI, CLI, and API testing.
  • Location: Must be based in Singapore (In Person)

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of modern full-stack technologies like React and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with basic security scanning and collaboration with AppSec.
