Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Singapore

hirify.global is a game development studio focused on scaling Riot's games to hyper-serve players in Asia.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of 5 QA professionals, overseeing their daily work and performance.
  • Shape and drive the comprehensive QA strategy for League of Legends to influence overall development quality.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, artists, and producers to create value for players.
  • Establish and track quality metrics to influence development decisions and drive improvements.
  • Coordinate QA support across remote teams to ensure effective delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience within game development environments.
  • 2+ years of leading QA teams, including direct people management and HR responsibility.
  • Experience leading embedded QA professionals within cross-functional development teams.
  • Proven track record of creating test strategies for live games or live service environments.
  • Experience managing stakeholders remotely across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency with game development pipelines (art pipeline experience strongly preferred).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with League of Legends, its champions, and the community.
  • I/ASTQB Advanced Test Manager Certification.
