What you will do

• Act as the primary analytics partner for a region, owning the full-funnel performance narrative from acquisition to revenue.
• Lead complex investigations into performance changes, ambiguous trends, and behavioral root causes.
• Synthesize complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership forums.
• Partner with regional marketing leaders, product teams, and finance to shape strategic decisions and priorities.
• Develop standardized frameworks for funnel analysis and reporting methodologies.
• Mentor junior analysts to elevate the overall analytical quality and consistency of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Business Analytics).
• 4+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Mode, or Databricks.
• Proven expertise in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and behavioral analytics.
• Must be based in Singapore to support the hybrid work model.
