What you will do
- Manage the full administrative life cycle of employees and the onboarding process for new hires.
- Coordinate with Payroll and IT departments to set up accounts, travel advances, and document collection.
- Handle registration for social insurances for new employees.
- Support change and termination processes, including drafting addendums, work certificates, and conducting exit interviews.
- Maintain the time management system and related tools.
- Collaborate with the Education Team to structure various trainings across the Europe region.
- Organize and coordinate social activities and corporate events.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in HR administration within an international company.
- Native Japanese language proficiency.
- Basic command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and work in a fast-growing environment.
