What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of sampling frames and complex designs for health studies.
• Perform technical reviews of data collection, processing plans, and non-response bias analyses.
• Author technical reports and communicate findings to technical and non-technical policy audiences.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources in collaboration with project managers.
• Supervise and mentor research staff to support their professional development.
• Lead proposal development and conduct disclosure risk analyses on restricted and public-use data files.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in survey methodology, statistics, economics, sociology, public policy, public health, or related social science.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated expertise in survey operations, questionnaire design, weighting, and non-response bias.
• Proficiency in statistical software: Stata, SAS, WPS, R, or Python.
• Experience leading projects and writing proposals for federal agencies.
