What you will do

• Build high-quality end-to-end mobile experiences using Flutter and Kotlin Multiplatform for iOS and Android native UI.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical leaders to ship products on strong architectural foundations.
• Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects to ensure early-stage products scale and maintain reliability.
• Develop and lead the team to execute both short-term and long-term roadmaps.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and internal processes.
• Make strategic tradeoffs balancing business priorities, user experience, and technical sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years dedicated to Mobile.
• Proven track record of creating and launching successful applications on Android and iOS.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and a keen eye for UI/UX.
• Experience building alignment and communicating transparently across engineering teams.
• Experience mentoring and developing other engineers and peers.

Nice to have

• Contributions to open-source mobile projects or implementation of native device features like GPS.
• Experience creating robust offline-first mobile applications.
• Fluency in English.
