What you will do

• Provide first-line technical support across devices, applications, and connectivity.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and manage user access requests.
• Manage laptop deployments and hardware lifecycle using modern provisioning tools.
• Handle incidents and service requests through the ticketing system, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Leverage AI assistants and automation tools to streamline tasks and improve response times.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of IT support within a business environment.
• Familiarity with Windows and standard workplace technologies (Microsoft 365, laptops, mobile devices).
• Clear communication skills in English.
• Strong service mindset and reliability in execution.
• Interest in automation and using AI tools to improve efficiency.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Danish.
