What you will do

• Develop and maintain clean, secure code for business applications adhering to quality standards.
• Collaborate with business partners and UX/UI experts to design and implement intuitive user interfaces.
• Build and execute unit tests and automated deployment processes to ensure software quality.
• Diagnose and solve technical incidents, implementing minor changes to improve application stability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.
• Develop monitoring and alerting systems to optimize operability and MTTR metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of professional software development experience (or equivalent co-op/intern rotations).
• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and jQuery.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL database design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Agile, DevOps, and Security By Design principles.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache, Windows Server, and RedHat Enterprise Linux administration.
• Prior experience supporting I/S operations in a 24x7 manufacturing environment.
