What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships for key accounts as a strategic and operational partner.
  • Oversee campaign planning, forecasting, execution, and optimization across various digital platforms.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Creative, and Media teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Develop quarterly business reviews and strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with media and technology providers like Google, Meta, and Amazon.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital media and campaign management.
  • Expertise in Programmatic Display, Video, Paid Social, Paid Search, Retail Media, or Audio.
  • Experience managing large-scale, fast-paced, or enterprise-level accounts.
  • Proven track record of coaching or mentoring junior team members.
  • Must be located in Singapore.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and troubleshooting capabilities.
