What you will do

• Manage client-facing implementation across pre-implementation, deployment, and post-implementation phases.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external clients to maximize customer value.
• Improve platform, tooling, and reusable components to enhance delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for other team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in implementation or client-facing technical roles.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services (fintech, banking, or payments).
• Proficiency with Java-based systems, SQL & NoSQL databases, and Linux/Unix command line.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and REST APIs (Postman).
• Knowledge of secure file handling (SFTP, PGP).
• Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Nice to have

• Experience with card systems or banking integrations.
• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and observability tools.
• Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
