What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Optimize SQL database schemas and queries for high performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain frontend components using Next.js and React Native.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.
• Manage cloud deployments on Azure and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical mentorship and conduct code reviews for the engineering team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Must live in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area or be willing to relocate.
• Deep proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and modern React frameworks.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in schema design and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and containerization (Docker).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare software development.
