What you will do

• Install and service poles, solar panels, batteries, and LPR cameras with PTZ technology.
• Maintain a 50/50 split between new installations and ongoing maintenance across public and private roadways.
• Work at heights up to 30 feet using ladders and bucket trucks.
• Conduct site surveys and interpret traffic control plans and permit drawings to identify compliant locations.
• Drive company vehicles and tow trailers to support DFR units and mobile security trailers.
• Manage inventory and submit installation updates via the Flock Field mobile app.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors.
• Commitment to 50% travel (typically 1–2 weeks per month).
• Experience in construction, electrical, or low-voltage wiring is preferred.
• Basic computer and mobile app skills.
