TL;DR

Customer Support Operations Specialist (Enterprise Storage): Managing on-site customer activities and providing initial technical assistance for high-scale storage platforms with an accent on operational logistics and cross-team coordination. Location: Hybrid (Herzliya Pituach, Israel). Availability for 5 shifts a week, including nights and weekends, is required.

What you will do

  • Initiate and manage all on-site customer activities logistically and operationally.
  • Collaborate with Tier-3 Support, Technical Advisers, and Global Operations teams.
  • Provide first-level assistance to incoming phone calls and email queries regarding the product.
  • Maintain and continuously improve internal workflows and the knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Availability for 5 shifts per week, including nights and weekends.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) proficiency.
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Client-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hardware or software support.
  • Previous experience in similar operational support roles.
