Location: Hybrid (Herzliya Pituach, Israel). Availability for 5 shifts a week, including nights and weekends, is required.

What you will do
- Initiate and manage all on-site customer activities logistically and operationally.
- Collaborate with Tier-3 Support, Technical Advisers, and Global Operations teams.
- Provide first-level assistance to incoming phone calls and email queries regarding the product.
- Maintain and continuously improve internal workflows and the knowledge base.
Requirements
- Availability for 5 shifts per week, including nights and weekends.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) proficiency.
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Client-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently with high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in hardware or software support.
- Previous experience in similar operational support roles.
