What you will do

• Administer and maintain GitLab infrastructure and corporate-wide DevOps pipelines.
• Architect and deliver automated CI/CD pipelining for software releases.
• Create and maintain Docker images and containers.
• Identify and automate manual processes to enhance build infrastructure.
• Develop software installation tools, processes, and packages.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to stakeholders in a continuous learning environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing DevOps operations and tools (GitLab, GitHub).
• At least 1 year of experience with containerization (Docker or ECS) and orchestration on Windows/Linux.
• U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Strong communication skills for engagement with senior leadership.
