What you will do

• Review potentially suspicious behavior daily to protect users and prevent financial losses.
• Conduct in-depth transaction-level reviews and identify emerging fraud trends.
• Provide inbound email and chat-based customer service for users requiring immediate assistance.
• Investigate complex and sensitive Trust & Risk cases while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve open questions and operational issues.
• Monitor key performance metrics and utilize data to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (graduating by Summer 2026) or equivalent practical experience.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
• Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk or Intercom is a plus.
