What you will do

  • Own the mobile product roadmap end-to-end, from initial discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Drive user retention via optimized onboarding, habit formation, and a comprehensive push and in-app communication strategy.
  • Build mobile-native acquisition loops focusing on ASO, referral mechanics, and deep linking.
  • Define and track primary mobile KPIs, including D1/D7/D30 retention, DAU/MAU, and install-to-activation conversion.
  • Conduct continuous discovery through user interviews, store reviews, and competitive teardowns of mobile-first players.
  • Design and execute A/B tests for onboarding, core user flows, and monetization surfaces.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years specifically owning a mobile product (iOS/Android).
  • Proven track record of improving mobile retention metrics such as D7/D30 and session frequency.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile growth tools including ASO and attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch).
  • Strong analytical skills using Amplitude or equivalent for cohort and funnel analysis.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively across marketing, engineering, design, and analytics teams.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
