What you will do

• Collaborate with Product and UX design teams to develop best-in-class user experiences and manage release cycles.
• Build efficient, reusable frontend abstractions and contribute to the internal design system.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure a frictionless UI.
• Implement complex data visualizations using technologies like Highcharts or D3.js.
• Drive improvements in existing code, write A.D.R.s, and ensure system security and performance.
• Leverage AI tooling, including agentic workflows and MCPs, to optimize engineering practices.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of software development experience in fast-paced, complex environments.
• Proficiency in Next.js 13+ (App Router), React Query, and TypeScript.
• Experience with CSS, Tailwind, and working with Figma.
• Ability to implement robust UI solutions with a strong focus on comprehensive typing.
• Experience writing effective unit and integration tests, including API mocks.
• Familiarity with LLM tooling, capabilities, and agentic flows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vite, Shadcn, Radix, or Playwright.
• Knowledge of Auth0, OTEL, Sentry, or Terraform.
• Full-stack experience with Java, C#, Go, Python, or Scala.
• Advanced AI orchestration skills, such as automating code migrations and prompt evaluation.
