Accounting Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for all hirify.global entities and the group.
• Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation to ensure audit readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of accounting systems, specifically the AARO ERP and consolidation system.
• Ensure compliance with Swedish tax and global regulatory requirements, including VAT and US sales tax.
• Manage and develop a team of accountants by providing coaching and setting clear priorities.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA, ACCA, or Auktoriserad revisor is meritorious).
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in IFRS, group consolidation, and Swedish and US GAAP.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments and subscription-based businesses (ASC606/IFRS15).
• Fluency in Swedish and professional proficiency in English.
• Currently based in Stockholm with the legal right to work in Sweden.
