What you will do

• Develop reporting and analysis for revenue, gross margin, and profitability.
• Support the budget and forecast process for the Business Unit.
• Provide insights into key drivers such as MRR/ARR, churn, pricing, and margin leakage.
• Support business reviews, performance follow-ups, and variance analysis.
• Participate in system improvement projects related to subscriptions, services, and revenue recognition.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product Management to improve financial reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Sweden
• Solid experience from revenue, business, or financial controlling.
• Experience with recurring revenue, subscription-based, or service-based business models.
• Experience working with CRM, operational, and ERP data.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce, Navision, or Business Central.
