What you will do
- Develop reporting and analysis for revenue, gross margin, and profitability.
- Support the budget and forecast process for the Business Unit.
- Provide insights into key drivers such as MRR/ARR, churn, pricing, and margin leakage.
- Support business reviews, performance follow-ups, and variance analysis.
- Participate in system improvement projects related to subscriptions, services, and revenue recognition.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product Management to improve financial reporting and forecasting.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in Sweden
- Solid experience from revenue, business, or financial controlling.
- Experience with recurring revenue, subscription-based, or service-based business models.
- Experience working with CRM, operational, and ERP data.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience with Python or SQL.
- Experience with Salesforce, Navision, or Business Central.
