🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Manage daily operations and maintenance of English-speaking communities (Telegram/Discord)
2️⃣ Respond to user inquiries promptly and professionally (trading, accounts, deposits, withdrawals, etc.)
3️⃣ Guide users through basic operations such as registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and trading
4️⃣ Monitor community sentiment to identify potential risks or negative feedback in a timely manner
5️⃣ Coordinate with internal teams to handle abnormal situations, complaints, and emergencies
6️⃣ Maintain community order by managing violations, spam, and malicious behavior
7️⃣ Collect user feedback, compile FAQs, and share internally
8️⃣ Assist in executing community events (campaigns, AMAs, operational tasks, etc.) to boost engagement
🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ Strong written and reading skills in both Chinese or English (fluent communication required; speaking is a plus)
2️⃣ At least 1 year of customer support or community management experience at a cryptocurrency exchange
3️⃣ Familiar with basic Web3 concepts (wallet, transfers, gas fees, networks, etc.)
4️⃣ Proficient in using Telegram, Discord, and other community tools
5️⃣ Strong communication skills, patience, and a service-oriented mindset
6️⃣ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with timely responses
7️⃣ Willing to work rotating shifts (including night shifts and weekends)
8️⃣ Basic Excel skills for data recording
9️⃣ Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and team spirit
