What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of export, import, and third-country shipments.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors, shipping lines, CFS, CHA, and overseas offices.
• Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines to ensure timely bookings and documentation release.
• Monitor and adhere to defined KPIs and shipment cut-off times.
• Provide routine updates and DSRs to customers while managing escalations.
• Oversee team operations, including work delegation and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end logistics and shipment processes.
• Strong ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including transport and customs teams.
• Experience in team management and task delegation.
• Ability to resolve escalations and manage vendor relationships effectively.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in air freight operations.
