What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional squad (Product Managers, Architects, QE, SRE) to deliver business value.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with urgency and ownership.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Drive proactive maintenance and technical debt reduction initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior engineers to foster technical growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in backend software engineering building production systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
