What you will do

• Research, pilot, and deploy AI-powered testing tools and LLM-integrated platforms.
• Build internal AI agents to automate bug triaging, log analysis, and root cause identification.
• Generate high-quality, privacy-compliant synthetic datasets for edge-case testing and performance benchmarking.
• Integrate AI coding assistants into the development workflow to automate unit test generation.
• Educate and mentor the QA team on AI literacy and prompt engineering.

Requirements

• Solid background in QA Automation with hands-on experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into the SDLC.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for building AI agents and RAG systems.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and synthetic data generation to prevent AI hallucinations.
• Ability to lead a cultural shift from manual execution to AI supervision.
