What you will do

• Develop and execute automated test cases across all layers of the testing pyramid using advanced QA tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through rigorous testing.
• Mentor junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Establish quality processes that empower developers to deliver high-quality work autonomously.
• Analyze and troubleshoot software defects to ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools for both back-end and front-end.
• Strong programming or scripting skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) and version control systems (Git).
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
