What you will do

• Provide technical support via email and telephone to global customers.
• Perform fault-finding, troubleshoot cases, and manage incidents to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to investigate issues across a variety of vendor products.
• Coordinate hardware replacements for failed devices and components with internal and external partners.
• Manage vendor escalations and ensure issues are progressed outside of local office hours.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Security, or certifications such as Cisco/Juniper.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network topologies.
• Fluency in English and Polish languages required.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 continental shift pattern (12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends).
• Strong analytical skills and methodical attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, NetApp, or Blue Coat/Symantec.
• Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish.
