What you will do

• Build and drive the transition to a new Data Platform utilizing Dagster, dbt, AWS ECS, and GCP GBQ.
• Develop custom-made tooling, monitoring, data-checks, and CI/CD to improve efficiency for other data teams.
• Maintain and optimize high-volume Core-ELT pipelines moving terabytes of data from AWS MySQL to GBQ.
• Take ownership of critical core reports that serve as the foundation for executive board decisions.

Requirements

• Substantial hands-on experience in Data and Software Engineering with high-volume, business-critical pipelines.
• Deep practical experience with Dagster, dbt, Google BigQuery (GBQ), and AWS (ECS).
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including CI/CD, testing, and design patterns.
• Knowledge of infrastructure setups such as Docker and Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Business fluent English proficiency.
