What you will do

• Lead the development of the React Native mobile app, owning architecture, performance, and code quality.
• Design and deploy features across the full stack, including both frontend and backend components.
• Build and refine offline-first capabilities to support operations in low-connectivity environments.
• Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM.
• Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in an Agile environment to ship high-impact features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• 2+ years of recent experience with React Native.
• 2+ years of experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Proven experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs (preferably Drizzle ORM).
• Must be based in Buenos Aires, Uruguay, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, or Chile.

Nice to have

• Experience with offline-first strategies and data sync patterns (e.g., IndexedDB).
• Comfort working in Agile/Scrum environments.
