Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist

📍 Lisbon or Braga, Portugal
Nestlé Business Services is hiring a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist to join its HR team in Braga or Lisbon.
This is a strong opportunity for TA professionals who enjoy combining full-cycle recruitment, candidate relationship management, and employer branding in a fast-paced international environment.
What you’ll do:
— manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job analysis to offer stages
— prepare and publish job ads across relevant channels
— source and engage candidates for business-critical roles
— screen applications and conduct interviews using structured selection methods
— build strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring journey
— track recruitment KPIs and provide analytical reporting
— support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Nestlé’s talent attraction efforts
— collaborate closely with hiring stakeholders across the business
What we’re looking for:
— 2+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment
— degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
— fluent English
— additional languages are a plus, especially Spanish
— strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritisation skills
— proactive, adaptable, resilient, and detail-oriented mindset
— ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment
