What you will do

• Implement and configure SAP APO modules including Demand Planning and Supply Network Planning.
• Ensure alignment with global SCM process standardization during regional rollouts.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing technology and supply chain processes.
• Analyze current technology stacks to propose enhancements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and create functional and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as C# and VBA.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Good English communication skills for interaction with mid to senior management.
• Willingness to learn and embrace challenges in a production environment.
• Exposure to GMP, ISO standards, or production compliance is highly valued.
