What you will do

• Manage full-cycle D365 F&O implementations, including presales, product demonstrations, and training.
• Analyze customer business processes and map them to standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
• Document business requirements and create functional design documents to guide development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide production support.
• Liaise with developers, vendors, and global teams to ensure project standards are met.

Requirements

• Must be based in Malaysia.
• Proven experience in full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.
• Strong expertise in D365 F&O configuration, integration, and testing.
• Excellent requirements gathering and functional documentation skills.
• Strong business communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
