What you will do

• Optimize monetization strategies and in-game purchase flows to maximize revenue.
• Analyze player spending behaviors and conversion rates to derive actionable insights.
• Design and implement A/B tests to optimize game features and monetization.
• Develop detailed game specifications and provide frequent feedback on feature implementation.
• Manage event calendars, in-game offers, and performance-oriented content pipelines.
• Collaborate with data teams to align game economy with overall product goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience in mobile gaming with a focus on monetization and live ops.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive performance improvements.
• Proven track record of owning and growing business performance in a live game environment.
• Experience managing in-game offers and growth/re-engagement tactics (notifications, messaging).
• Deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors in casual mobile games.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in Tel Aviv, Israel.
