What you will do

• Maintain operational readiness of lab environments during the second shift to support scientific and automated workflows.
• Manage consumables and material flow, including restocking and inventory monitoring.
• Coordinate laboratory service programs such as waste handling and glasswash operations.
• Receive, organize, and distribute materials and equipment across lab spaces.
• Identify and resolve routine operational issues, escalating complex problems to specialized teams.
• Document work and communicate updates to ensure continuity between shifts.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a laboratory or operations environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently during second-shift hours.
• Clear communication skills for documentation and cross-shift coordination.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in shift-based or extended-hour operations.
• Background in Life Science or Physical Science fields.
• Exposure to automated laboratory environments or high-throughput workflows.
