🚀 Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead Developer to join a growing FinTech team working on high-performance trading infrastructure, market data modules, exchange connectivity solutions, and automated trading systems.

The company specializes in traditional brokerage, portfolio management services, proprietary trading, and financial technology solutions. The role focuses on building low-latency and asynchronous systems for trading and market data processing.

Tech stack: Rust, C/C++, Python
Nice to have: Cython, Numba, QuestDB, AWS API, Akka

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain components of the FinTech platform
• Build and optimize market data modules and trading connectors
• Develop exchange connectivity and automated trading systems
• Design high-performance asynchronous applications
• Work on low-latency trading infrastructure
• Collaborate with engineering and trading teams to improve performance and reliability

Requirements:
• 3+ years of commercial programming experience
• Strong Rust or C/C++ knowledge
• Experience with asynchronous applications
• Experience with low-latency systems
• Python knowledge
