What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using PHP and Symfony 6/7.
• Build and support secure RESTful APIs and service integrations.
• Contribute to microservices and service-oriented architecture development.
• Improve backend scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Refactor legacy code and reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and Mobile teams on CI/CD and production releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial PHP development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Symfony 6/7.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and message brokers like RabbitMQ.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MariaDB/MySQL) and Redis.
• English: B2/C1 proficiency required for daily communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS infrastructure (Aurora, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS).
• Knowledge of Terraform and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with high-load systems and payment gateway integrations.
• Fintech, payments, or crypto domain experience.
• Experience with Go or interest in learning it.
