TL;DR

Senior .NET Tech Lead (Domain Search): Modernizing a legacy domain search solution and its infrastructure for a high-scale product with an accent on migration strategy, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud optimization. Focus on redesigning critical system components, ensuring scalability for millions of users, and driving architectural alignment across cross-functional teams.

Location: Must be based in Ukraine (Remote)

What you will do

  • Lead the extraction and modernization of legacy domain search services and infrastructure.
  • Design and implement a new, scalable platform using .NET Core and modern engineering standards.
  • Define migration strategies and actively participate in infrastructure reworking on AWS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and ensure system reliability.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
  • Drive system maintainability and performance improvements for a high-traffic product.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Ukraine
  • English: Upper-intermediate or higher required
  • 5+ years of software development experience with strong C#, .NET, and .NET Core expertise.
  • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure setup using AWS (EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, etc.).
  • Experience developing microservices and working with Docker and Linux environments.
  • Solid understanding of SOLID, OOP, Clean Code, and SDLC principles.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and ElasticSearch.
  • Basic knowledge of Go, Python, and Node.js.
  • Experience in creating solution architecture and DNS configuration.
