TL;DR

Senior Professional Services Consultant (Tax & Accounting): Delivering professional services and consulting for the hirify.global suite to help customers maximize product value with an accent on system implementation and training. Focus on shaping customers' business practices, delivering engaging educational sessions, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to optimize onboarding.

Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen, Denmark (8 days/month in office); must be able to travel to clients occasionally (2-3 days/month).

What you will do

  • Deliver professional services and customized consulting across the hirify.global product suite.
  • Conduct engaging onsite and online training sessions for clients.
  • Analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions and support smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain and develop training materials and digital content, including videos.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to provide product expertise and customer feedback.
  • Support the customer service team with complex client queries and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • Experience in the tax, auditing, and/or accounting industry.
  • Proficiency in Danish and English (verbal and written).
  • Strong IT skills and experience with remote communication technologies.
  • Excellent professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complicated concepts for customers.

Nice to have

  • Experience in conducting training.
  • Experience creating digital or classroom training content.
  • Knowledge of hirify.global's product suite.
