Location: Must be based in the greater San Francisco area and able to work onsite five days per week in Oakland, CA

What you will do

• Coordinate between internal teams, external vendors, and customers to support robotics deployments.
• Develop deployment documentation, checklists, and installation readiness reviews.
• Assist engineers and technicians with the testing, setup, and validation of robotic systems.
• Support post-deployment tracking, issue documentation, and follow-up coordination.
• Document edge cases and integration notes to improve system repeatability.
• Organize and maintain SOPs, internal playbooks, and cross-functional documentation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Must be based in the greater San Francisco area and able to work onsite five days per week in Oakland, CA.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in robotics, automation, manufacturing, or industrial technology.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, and Slack.
