Quality Assurance Associate

Location: Onsite in Bradford, ON

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 CAD

What you will do

• Review and maintain completed batch records to ensure accuracy and GDP compliance.
• Perform investigations related to suspected non-conformances and lead CAPA activities.
• Participate in internal and external audits and support the maintenance of the Quality Management System.
• Conduct training sessions for staff regarding SOPs and operational procedures.
• Maintain data-driven logs to track department metrics and support regulatory reporting.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure adherence to HSE programs.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar quality-minded role.
• Degree or diploma in a science-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, including batch release, document control, and investigations.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply regulatory information.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical writing for SOPs and reports.
• Must be able to work onsite in Bradford, ON.

• Experience working in a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals or natural health product manufacturing.
