What you will do

• Design and maintain secure VPN solutions, including Site-to-site, Remote Access, and SDWAN technologies.
• Plan and lead the transition to modern secure connectivity architectures, specifically adopting SSE/SASE.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity, performance, and security issues across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with threat intelligence and incident response teams to investigate and mitigate security incidents.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new security tools and technologies to address evolving network threats.
• Establish and document corporate security standards and procedures to maintain a secure computing environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience in computer support, programming, or operations.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security Engineering with a strong focus on network security.
• Proven expertise with VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL/TLS) and SASE/SSE implementation concepts.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching) and security appliances (Firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or GSEC.
