What you will do

• Develop and execute user growth strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and transaction conversion.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to optimize incentive mechanisms and marketing campaigns.
• Lead the development of Marketing AI and personalized coupon/offer strategies.
• Build lifecycle and ad recommendation systems using user tagging to improve activation and push conversion.
• Design growth tools and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and global operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of experience in growth strategy, recommendation algorithms, or user growth product management.
• Fluent English for cross-functional global collaboration.
• Solid understanding of recommendation algorithms and experience in 1:1 personalization and tag-based ad targeting.
• Proven track record in Marketing AI and incentive strategy focused on retention and conversion KPIs.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans.
• Experience in the payment or crypto industry is a strong plus.
