TL;DR

Product Manager (AI/Mobile): Commanding daily product operations for an AI-focused mobile product with an accent on end-to-end lifecycle management, UI/UX perfection, and growth metrics. Focus on optimizing user flows, executing advanced product analytics via Mixpanel, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure flawless mobile execution.

Location: Remote (EU, Georgia, Moldova, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey). Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.

What you will do

  • Manage the full mobile product lifecycle for iOS and Android from ideation to post-production monitoring.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, overseeing features, bug fixes, and continuous improvements.
  • Lead feature discovery, competitive benchmarking, and on-time delivery of new functionality.
  • Enforce pixel-perfect UI/UX standards and optimize in-app user flows, paywalls, and subscription journeys.
  • Optimize App Store presence (ASO) and monitor real-time release performance to resolve issues immediately.
  • Drive data-driven product control using Mixpanel to track metrics, funnels, and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing mobile apps and teams across iOS and Android platforms.
  • 5+ years in product management leadership roles with a proven track record of operational control.
  • Experience leading Product Owners, QA, development, and data teams in a mobile-first environment.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile design patterns (HIG, Material Design) and component-based UI systems.
  • Mastery of mobile analytics and attribution tools such as Mixpanel, Firebase, Adjust, or AppsFlyer.
  • English fluency and availability to work within ± 4 hours of CET.

Nice to have

  • Entrepreneurial or real-world business experience.
  • Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Anthropic) for enhancing product operations.
  • Knowledge of mobile A/B testing frameworks and experimentation methodologies.
