What you will do

• Manage contracts and suppliers for integrated facilities management, including transportation, catering, and building services.
• Oversee day-to-day contractor activities and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Supervise site projects, including upkeep, refreshes, and renovations, from planning to completion.
• Perform regular audits of equipment and building systems to ensure global service standards are met.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure building designs and conditions comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Manage site operational budgets and forecast requirements for annual planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities, services, or related support groups.
• Strong background in project and program management.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, planning, and data analysis.
• Good command of English and general computer literacy.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City.

Nice to have

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
