What you will do

• Perform on-site service of production tester systems, including troubleshooting, jam recovery, and utilization improvement.
• Execute new system installations, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Conduct first-level data analysis to identify root causes of mechanical, electrical, and automation problems.
• Perform periodic preventative maintenance according to established guidelines.
• Report major issues daily and manage internal escalations.
• Represent the company in weekly 3-way meetings between the customer, OSAT, and hirify.global.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in electronics, mechanical, or semiconductor areas.
• Experience in automation testing and maintenance of automation equipment and testers.
• Proficiency in analyzing automation and testing logs.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken); Chinese language proficiency is preferred.
• Local residency in Hanoi, Vietnam is required; no visa sponsorship available.

• Strong reporting skills using MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
