What you will do

• Ensure the stability and availability of the existing observability offering.
• Develop innovative features to drive product engagement and growth.
• Resolve escalated support issues and collaborate with customers to solve their needs.
• Guide the team in the hands-on implementation of platform features for performance and maintainability.
• Act as a technical multiplier, providing guidance and direction to senior engineers.
• Collaborate across the organization with a focus on transparency and communication.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with large-scale observability concepts.
• Proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Strong understanding of database fundamentals (OLAP vs. OLTP, replication, clustering).
• Experience designing and building distributed systems in cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs.
• English: C1+ (excellent communication skills required)

Nice to have

• Experience with ClickHouse specifically regarding logs, metrics, and OpenTelemetry.
