What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams of software engineers and data scientists to deliver production-ready GenAI solutions.
• Guide the design and architecture of AI-powered systems, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
• Set the technical roadmap and direction for AI solutions, optimizing for performance and cost.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical implementations with business objectives.
• Establish and promote best practices in AI engineering, including testing, guardrails, and responsible AI.
• Perform design and code reviews across the team to ensure high standards of engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python and modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, version control).
• Proven experience in designing and integrating end-to-end AI systems at scale.
• Deep experience with GenAI and agentic frameworks.
• Expertise in building RAG pipelines and integrating vector databases into production.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on major cloud platforms using containers and CI/CD.
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or PR of Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience with fine-tuning, model adaptation, and advanced ML/NLP frameworks.
• Skilled in LLMOps practices and using observability tools for monitoring production systems.
